1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Majinda Bedding & Linens, we offer nationwide courier delivery across South Africa.
Free Delivery: Free delivery is available for standard parcel-sized orders over R1000 within qualifying areas.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees may apply for orders below R1000 depending on location. Free delivery does not apply to bulk, wholesale, oversized, heavy-volume, bale, or commercial quantity orders, even if total exceeds R1000. Orders requiring special transport, palletized shipping, or multiple parcels may attract an additional fee which will be quoted before dispatch.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and location. You will receive communication about delivery arrangements.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, courier delays, load shedding, or unforeseen circumstances. Goods must be inspected on delivery and damages reported within 24 hours.
2. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used bedding, linen, pillows, duvet inners, and mattress protectors cannot be returned unless defective. Proof of purchase is required. Sale and promotional items are non-refundable unless defective. Customers pay return courier costs unless we supplied the wrong or defective item. Approved refunds take 5-10 business days.
3. Terms & Conditions and Payment Terms
Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise arranged. We accept EFT, card payments via PayFast, PayJustNow and other approved methods. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed. All prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. All products are subject to stock availability.
