Customers must contact Majinda Bedding & Linens within 7 days of receiving an order to request a return or exchange.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned in their original packaging where applicable.
Proof of purchase is required.

Used bedding, linen, pillows, duvet inners, mattress protectors and similar hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Incorrect or Defective Products
If Majinda Bedding & Linens supplied an incorrect or defective product, the customer should contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs where relevant.
We will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy where applicable.
5. Change-of-Mind Returns
Where a change-of-mind return is accepted, the product must meet the return conditions and the customer may be responsible for return courier or transport costs.
6. Sale and Clearance Items
Sale, clearance and promotional items may be subject to specific return conditions disclosed at the time of purchase, subject to applicable consumer law.
7. Refunds
